Intaglio processes no personal financial data. APL policy files are stored encrypted. Decision audit records are hash-anchored to Solana — no personal identifying information is written to-chain.
We do not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties. Session data is retained only as necessary for enforcement and compliance auditing.
