Intaglio is provided as-is under MIT license for the engine. The APL language spec is CC-BY-4.0. Beta users accept usage under these terms.
Intaglio is not a financial advisor, custodian, or regulated entity. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable laws including MiCA, EU AI Act, and OFAC regulations.
No warranty is provided. Intaglio shall not be liable for losses arising from use of the policy enforcement engine, including but not limited to unauthorized AI agent transactions.
